Sewing.com.au offers two highly secure methods for online payments: St George Bank Payment Gateway or Paypal. You can make your purchase in confidence and all details are encrypted.

Alternative payment methods are also available if you wish to fax your credit card details or simply send a cheque in the mail. These are listed on the payment page.

DELIVERY AND AFTER SALES SERVICE
Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days for most customers.

All orders will be given the highest priority and be will shipped as soon as possible, but are subject to stock availability and delivery location. In the event that goods cannot be supplied within a reasonable time frame of 28 working days (not including weekends and public holidays), then the customer is entitled to receive a full refund.

Refunds are also possible in the unlikely event that goods are damaged or faulty.
